取車的時候等了15分鐘，交車人員才出現。感覺公司內部人員安排有點問題。除此之外都很好。

都2026年了，車還沒有配倒車顯影，導航不知道是沒配還是怎樣，服務人員也不講清楚，保險說到店再追加，可以的話價錢先打上來，比較好。 總之讓我感覺這家租車公司處處只為自己著想省成本，沒有為客人著想？ 體驗不是很好

I am a Singaporean and it was very easy and simple car rental procedure. Car was a Toyota Corolla Hybrid crossover in excellent condition. I drove along the East Coast of Taiwan with no issues. Pick up and Drop off was as breeze and so was the extra payment for added insurance I choose to get on the spot. AMEX not accepted only Visa or Master. Staff was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Everything you can expect from a Taiwanese person.
