整體的溝通都非常不通順，租車平台客服和租車公司，給的消息不一樣，導致在收到資訊的時候不知道該聽哪一方的答案。

交車還車的流程迅速，老闆很阿莎力不囉嗦。 車齡有一些了，但維護得還不錯，冷氣也很冷。 Alto是一台很陽春的小車，當然不要期望他有什麼隔音和避震， 就是他該有的樣子。

The overall experience was excellent! The shopkeepers were nice and helpful, they provided us much flexibility to pick up and return the car. I sincerely appreciate it and highly recommend it to travelers in Taipei:)
