When picking up your car at Herze Car Rental, please bring your original driver's license, identification document, and the credit card used for the reservation. It is recommended to double-check your driver's license validity before picking up the car to avoid any issues.

Every vehicle owned by Herze Car Rental is insured with mandatory motor vehicle liability insurance in accordance with the law. Other coverages, such as third-party liability insurance and vehicle damage insurance, vary depending on the vehicle, and the deductible for vehicle damage also varies depending on the model. Please refer to the card for each model for the actual details.

Herze Car Rental does not offer shuttle service; you will need to pick up and return the vehicle at the store. The store is located at No. 396, Gaotie Rd, Zuoying District, Kaohsiung City . Please refer to the Google Map link at the top of this page for transportation information.

When renting a car at Herze Car Rental, the driver's license and age requirements are as follows:

If you return the car after the agreed time, Herze Car Rental will calculate the overtime fee according to the vehicle's overtime policy. If your plans change, it is recommended that you contact the dealership or gogoout customer service in advance to coordinate and avoid additional charges.

The earliest opening time for Herze Car Rental is 09:00, and the latest closing time is 20:30 (please refer to the shop's opening hours above). Therefore, it is recommended to arrange for your car to be picked up and returned within these hours, as the shop does not provide pick-up and drop-off services outside of opening hours.
