・有效證件：台灣籍旅客需身分證件、本國籍駕照。
【外國籍旅客規範】：

・Credit Card: All payments must be made with a credit card (valid for at least 6 months). Debit cards or ATM cards are not accepted. The credit card (Visa / MasterCard / JCB / American Express) must be presented at pick-up for pre-authorization.
・Valid Documents: Taiwanese nationals must present a valid national ID and a Taiwanese driver’s license.
【Foreign Nationals】
・Age Requirement: Must be at least 20 years old and have held a valid driver’s license for more than 1 year.
・Credit Card: All payments must be made with a credit card (valid for at least 6 months). The credit card (Visa / MasterCard / JCB /) must be presented at pick-up for pre-authorization.Debit cards or ATM cards and American Expressare not accepted .
1. For All Foreign Nationals: Must present a passport with entry stamp, local driver’s license, and a valid International Driving Permit (IDP). All documents must be from the same country.
2. For Hong Kong / Macau Travelers: Must present a HK/Macau passport, entry permit to Taiwan, local driver’s license, and HK/Macau-issued International Driving Permit (IDP). All documents must be from the same region.
3. For Japanese Travelers: Must present a Japanese passport, Japanese driver’s license, and an official Japanese license translation. All documents must be issued in Japan.

車輛車燈照度嚴重不足 試用期間剛好臺北下雨，一到晚上大燈基本上起不了作用，亦因為照到不足，最後導致車輛發生小意外 使用感受十分之差

租了兩台九人座，一台車況還不錯，另一台就蠻耗油，兩台車交車時，外觀都已有不少嗑碰痕跡，內裝似乎還來不及清理，灰塵蠻多，不過這些都還是小事，最在意的是兩台車都沒有附上行車紀錄器，這可是除了保險之外第二重要的行車裝備，如果真有個萬一，沒有記錄器作為憑證，很難判決或理賠吧？
