論車輛： ＊超棒～開到新車，YARIS也算入門好開。整體舒適乾淨無異味！滿分！ 論服務： ＊我知道服務人員很努力透過耳機中的老闆指示按步驟做，這部分感謝他的單純。他也表示他剛被調過來(意指不太熟)，且當下沒做好已在電話中被老闆訓了(試圖尋求體諒)；但以下反饋說實在是對 貴公司基本訓練，員工個人行為僅佔一部份。 ＊面對客人，服務人員只顧著聽耳機中的指示，且要我等他逐一聽完下一步驟，才能跟他說話（且有時我真的分不清他是在對我說還是對他老闆說話）。連現場能判斷的基本 “出車外觀拍照”，也要等他拍完、發出給老闆、老闆確認回覆後才放行(好險是新車)，整體取車手續近半小時。 ＊很明顯不知正常租車流程（包括定型化契約不熟，只聽到耳機中指示要顧客簽名，卻不知要提醒和真正要記錄的是什麼。時間填錯、未紀錄出車油量(僅口頭提油箱全滿還車)和出車里程數...等基本雙方應盡之權益責任），不僅有損顧客權益、甚至遇到奧客時也有損 貴公司權益。 ＊不熟車款（包括車內基本配置與按鈕需客戶自行摸索；因當晚取車光線不足，找不到車內應有的USB插孔，故詢問USB插孔或是否有座充，服務人員僅表示因是新車所以不知道；後來請示老闆才說方便的話可自行從高鐵取車處開到火車站的總店拿座充)。 以上反饋，我相信若加強日常訓練，整體應能達到基本水準，謝謝 ＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝ *另外給平台的建議：取車時間的下拉式選單能增加“半點”，這樣讓出租商家與租客都能預約的更精準(將誤差控制在半小時內)，謝謝
