不好意思，這次體驗真的不好！到了江南店去4樓都沒有人，再到地下停車來回走好幾次，等了10幾分鐘才看到一個人來服務！離開時有和人員確認在相同地方還車嗎？他說沒錯，結果還車時跟我說要在仁川店還車不然就要收18萬費用，在高速公路塞了1個多小時才到仁川店（而且辦公室還是沒人…），還好有提早回到市區不然恐怕搭不到飛機…中文介面完全沒有提醒甲地乙還的事！另外也沒有說要再刷20韓幣等1、2個月才會退刷…下次不會再選Gogoout了…太驚險了
