Yes. Full refund is available if cancelled 6 days or more before pickup; a 50% refund is available if cancelled 3 days or more before pickup. No refund will be issued if the above conditions are not met. Detailed refund terms will be displayed on the booking page.

When picking up your car at CheapCar Car Rental, please bring your original driver's license, identification document, and the credit card used for the reservation. It is recommended to double-check your driver's license validity before picking up the car to avoid any issues.

Every vehicle owned by CheapCar Car Rental is insured with mandatory motor vehicle liability insurance in accordance with the law. Other coverages, such as third-party liability insurance and vehicle damage insurance, vary depending on the vehicle, and the deductible for vehicle damage also varies depending on the model. Please refer to the card for each model for the actual details.

CheapCar Car Rental does not offer shuttle service; you will need to pick up and return the vehicle at the store. The store is located at No. 19, Guomin 9th Street, Hualien City, Hualien County . Please refer to the Google Map link at the top of this page for transportation information.

CheapCar Car Rental currently only offers pick-up and drop-off at the original store and does not support rental by one party and return by another.

For car rentals at CheapCar Car Rental, the deposit amount and related regulations are as follows:

• Deposit or sign a blank check (international driving permit)

The deposit will be refunded after the car is returned and confirmed to be in undamaged condition. Please confirm the refund method with the store when picking up the car.

CheapCar Car Rental offers the following equipment: Convertible Car Seat. Some items are limited in quantity or may require an additional charge; it is recommended to select these items when making a reservation or check with the store beforehand to confirm availability.

When renting a car at CheapCar Car Rental, the driver's license and age requirements are as follows:

• Driver license needs to be held more than 1 year
• Driver license needs to be held more than 1 year (2 years for imported car)
• Driver license needs to be held more than 2 years
• The Lessee imported car shall be fully 25 years of age
