極度惡劣！取車半桶還車加滿，竟還重複收取里程費，違反營業稅法 在此店租車的體驗極其惡劣，這不是租車，這是詐騙陷阱！ 侵占油資與重複收費（不當得利）：取車時油箱僅剩半桶，本人自費加油兩次（共 1,944 元）並於還車時加滿還車。結果店家不僅侵吞了本人多加的半桶油，竟還依里程數以 每公里 5.5 元（含油價）強收 2,519 元 里程費。本人已支付全額油錢，店家竟還重複收費，簡直無法無天！ 違反營業稅法：要求開立發票（打統編）時，店家竟要求「額外加收 5% 稅金」。依據《營業稅法》第 32 條，定價應內含營業稅，此舉明顯違法且涉嫌逃漏稅。 強制綑綁保險：強制支付 935 元附加險否則不予出車，違反《小客車租賃定型化契約》規定。 已將相關事證（含 5.5 元計費單據、加油發票、油錶照片）提交至行政院消保會 (1950) 及國稅局檢舉。請大家絕對要避開這家店！

取車時，我沒有加購保險，因而浪費了2小時。Check 完一部車後，又要轉另一部，迫我加錢。我已經解釋自己已經買了保險，冇需要加，我租車只是港幣1700，要我加600元保險，完全不能接受。我堅持後才能走，以後都怕怕。

預約時間是早上十時到機場店取車,客服十時三十分才回來,我們一家大小,有老人有小朋友,在店外曬著陽光,汗流滿面,十分狼狽,下次不會再用這間翔泰租車
