He Hong Car Rental does not offer shuttle service; you will need to pick up and return the vehicle at the store. He Hong Car Rental currently only offers pick-up and drop-off at the original store and does not support rental by one party and return by another.

For car rentals at He Hong Car Rental, the deposit amount and related regulations are as follows:

• Deposit or sign a blank check (international driving permit)
• Deposit is required at the counter
• Deposit of TWD10,000 must be paid on-site.

The deposit will be refunded after the car is returned and confirmed to be in undamaged condition. Please confirm the refund method with the store when picking up the car.

When renting a car at He Hong Car Rental, the driver's license and age requirements are as follows:

• Driver license needs to be held more than 1 year
• Driver license needs to be held more than 1 year (2 years for imported car)
