關於車輛領取的指導方針
如果客人比預定時間晚，在產生額外費用的時間段收到車輛的話，會產生10,000日元的額外費用（準確的金額將在店鋪確認）。 如果顧客選擇在這個時間段領取車輛的話，這個費用可能需要在店鋪另外支付，所以請事先確認支付方法。
延遲領取費用表：
1. 如果客人在正常營業時間（8:00～20:00）延遲90分鐘以上取車的話，每1小時會產生2000日元的超額費用（少於1小時的話，將按1小時收費）。
2. 顧客在正常營業時間外（8:00～20:00以外）
接收車輛時，會產生10,000日元的超額費用。
3. 營業時間外取車延遲90分鐘以上時，除了加班費10,000日元外，還收取每小時2,000日元的超額等待費（少於1小時時按1小時計算）。
4. 透過郵件、電話、SNS等方式聯絡後，如果顧客沒有回覆或變更取貨時間的聯絡，取貨時間延遲90分鐘以上，訂單將自動取消。
5. 關於ETC裝置租賃：公司提供ETC裝置的免費租賃服務。
從安裝ETC卡到交車、取車、還車，都可以使用ETC裝置租賃服務。 租借ETC卡時，在取車時向店鋪支付30,000日元的押金（現金）。 歸還車輛時確認ETC卡的餘額，剩餘金額將以現金退還。 超過使用金額的金額也要用現金支付。
歸還規定

3. 營業時間外還車時，除了加班費10,000日元外，還要收取每小時2,000日元的超額等待費（少於1小時按1小時計算）。
請開車到關西機場第1航站樓。 進入機場內後，請按照寫著「1號航站樓」的頭頂指示牌和地上的【出發】和【普通車輛】標誌前往4樓出發層。 在4樓G門接您，辦理車輛歸還手續。
請注意：機場內沒有加油站。 到達之前，請在機場周邊2km範圍內的加油站加油。 附近的加油站請使用這個地址：地址：〒598-0048 大阪府泉佐野市臨空往來北1-19加油後，請保管最後的加油收據，歸還時請向工作人員出示。
