When picking up your car at JWINCAR, please bring your original driver's license, identification document, and the credit card used for the reservation. It is recommended to double-check your driver's license validity before picking up the car to avoid any issues.

Every vehicle owned by JWINCAR is insured with mandatory motor vehicle liability insurance in accordance with the law. Other coverages, such as third-party liability insurance and vehicle damage insurance, vary depending on the vehicle, and the deductible for vehicle damage also varies depending on the model. JWINCAR does not offer shuttle service; you will need to pick up and return the vehicle at the store. If you return the car after the agreed time, JWINCAR will calculate the overtime fee according to the vehicle's overtime policy. If your plans change, it is recommended that you contact the dealership or gogoout customer service in advance to coordinate and avoid additional charges.

The JWINCAR vehicle model has a daily mileage limit, for example, 200 kilometers per day. For each kilometer exceeding this limit ("daily limit × rental period"), an overage fee of TWD5 will be charged.
