As usual my experience with the staff as well as the car I rented were both excellent. I require a car rental every 4-6 weeks approximately so I am very thankful that everything is so easy and convenient. Thank you so much!

服務態度還有進步的空間、對於新手駕使而言、解說者很被動、操作車上各項設備不是很熟練、回答問題的態度不佳。

感謝您分享寶貴的意見。我們理解您對交車過程的感受，也會持續在服務話術與引導方式上改進。 當日您完成合約後，門市人員立即陪同檢視車輛，並逐一解說車輛基本使用方式，舉凡發動、排檔、手煞車、燈光、雨刷、冷氣、車機、加油開關、座椅調整、後車廂及鑰匙使用等，同時引導您多次親自操作。整個流程直到 20:28 才結束，持續將近 1 小時，雖已超過營業時間，我們的同仁仍耐心陪同，目的就是希望您能熟悉操作、安心用車。 我們會把您的回饋當作進步的養分，未來在效率與互動方式上持續優化，期許給顧客帶來更好的體驗。
