台灣客服回應快，沖繩員工中文都通，租車過程無礙且迅速，車況選一年車，配備齊全，carplay、倒車顯影都有，車輛乾淨無菸味(大讚)，唯一缺點是希望飯店取車可以事先在網站上備註最早取車是上午09:00，點選飯店取車結果之後才被告知09:00才可取，但因行程都安排好了，所以改店內取車。整體使用狀況佳，下次租車首選，推推，不採雷。 備註：沖繩租車店面是婚紗店，不要懷疑哈哈哈，出電梯還以為走錯，還好店員有問是要租車嗎。

The current daily rental price for Churashima Rentalcar starts from TWD 2,154, with actual costs depending on the vehicle model, rental period, and pick-up and drop-off dates. You can view real-time quotes and available vehicles on the vehicle card at the top of this page.
Yes. Full refund is available if cancelled 6 days or more before pickup; a 50% refund is available if cancelled 3 days or more before pickup. No refund will be issued if the above conditions are not met.

To rent a car in Japan, you will need your original Taiwanese driver's license, a Japanese translation of your driver's license issued by the Motor Vehicle Office or JAF, and your passport. All three are required. It is recommended to obtain the translation before departure to avoid being unable to pick up the car on-site.
All vehicles listed under Churashima Rentalcar come with basic insurance as required by Japanese law. Deductibles and detailed coverage vary by vehicle; please refer to the individual vehicle registration card for details. For complete exclusions, you can purchase the Super Peace of Mind Plan on gogoout, which waives the deductible for vehicle damage and covers NOC (Normally Insured) business loss charges, giving you greater peace of mind when renting a car.
