The overall experience was good, the car was clean, pick up and drop off was easy. However the car came late, 45 mins late which delayed our travel plans by a bit. They didn’t adjust any thing and because we came for travels wished there were no delays. Car pick up came on time, but dropping off the car was the most important part which they were late on.

Yes, RentalCar G&W offers car rental services in Chinese, allowing you to communicate seamlessly when renting a car overseas. Gogoout also provides Chinese customer service support at the pick-up location if you need assistance.

The current daily rental price for RentalCar G&W starts from TWD 2,000, with actual costs depending on the vehicle model, rental period, and pick-up and drop-off dates. You can view real-time quotes and available vehicles on the vehicle card at the top of this page.

Yes. Full refund is available if cancelled 6 days or more before pickup; a 50% refund is available if cancelled 3 days or more before pickup. No refund will be issued if the above conditions are not met. Detailed refund terms will be displayed on the booking page.

To rent a car in Japan, you will need your original Taiwanese driver's license, a Japanese translation of your driver's license issued by the Motor Vehicle Office or JAF, and your passport. All three are required. It is recommended to obtain the translation before departure to avoid being unable to pick up the car on-site.

All vehicles listed under RentalCar G&W come with basic insurance as required by Japanese law. Deductibles and detailed coverage vary by vehicle; please refer to the individual vehicle registration card for details. For complete exclusions, you can purchase the Super Peace of Mind Plan on gogoout, which waives the deductible for vehicle damage and covers NOC (Normally Insured) business loss charges, giving you greater peace of mind when renting a car.

RentalCar G&W currently only offers pick-up and drop-off at the original store and does not support rental by one party and return by another.

RentalCar G&W offers the following equipment: Convertible Car Seat、ETC Rental. Some items are limited in quantity or may require an additional charge; it is recommended to select these items when making a reservation or check with the store beforehand to confirm availability.
