非常糟糕的一次租車經驗，絕對不會再租，也不推薦任何人。 我明明有加購 CDW（免責補償），只是因為沒有第一時間通報事故，一個側邊小擦撞最後竟然被收取高達 120,000 日圓。現場要求付款時，並沒有提供足夠透明、令人信服的費用說明，讓人完全不知道這筆金額是如何計算出來的。 我承認自己沒有依照規定立即通報，這部分我願意負責，但收取如此高額的費用，卻沒有清楚完整的收費依據，讓我對這家公司的處理方式感到非常失望。 如果你打算向這家公司租車，請務必了解所有保險條款，任何再小的擦撞都一定要立刻報警並通知租車公司，否則你可能會面臨非常高額的求償。 這次的經驗讓我覺得服務缺乏透明度，也讓我對這家公司完全失去信任。請大家租車前務必三思。
