Drivers who have held their license for less than one year, or who are 75 or older, are not permitted to drive.
In the event of an accident, all procedures must follow Japanese law, the insurance provider’s terms, and our store’s terms of use.

To use the shuttle bus, select the option and complete the Google Form sent after your reservation is confirmed.
Please set your reservation time accurately.
Contact us in advance if your reservation or arrival time changes.
If one hour passes since your reservation time with no arrival or contact, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
Business hours are 10:00–19:00.
After-hours pick-up/drop-off is available between 9:00 and 20:00 for an additional ¥2,200.
We cannot accommodate late arrivals due to transportation delays outside business hours.
