你們這一間公司簡直係不知所謂，我以後都不會用你們這個平台去訂車，你明知租車公司有問題，你不去處理，我付的錢是機場取車還車，你們的租車公司安排了我在機場外，但是我是支付機場取車的費用，還有你們的平台向你們投訴完全不理會，甚至找你們幾個鐘都沒有一個客服回覆，你們這個平台趁早倒閉，我揸車30年亦在不同的地區租車從未試過這樣的，起碼最基本你們平台應該要幫客戶去處理問題，但是你們沒有，還有你們的保險非常之不清晰，我額外加了777元台幣是額外附加保險，但原來你們附加777元只是普通的顧問費用，基本上如果汽車發生事故，你們都需要幫我們去處理，而不是額外去收777元，簡直黑店🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
