去的時候有一位女性店員對我第一次租地動作慢以及問問題感到不耐煩，態度很差，填保險資料的時候保險公司網站就很卡，問她問題就不是很想幫我解決，只跟我說填完有出現就可以了，一開始我以為先報到弄手續要久一點，然後我提早到她就幫我改租車時間，看到合約想說離預定時間還有半小時左右，但我以為預約租幾點就會是那時間領車才會符合合約內容，然後說我要改時間，她就很大力的抽走合約說那你到預定時間再來吧。我不熟租車流程而已可以好好講話動作跟語氣不用這麼不耐煩吧？店內也沒有其他客人妳也還在閒閒聊天是有多趕時間？ 但還車的時候一位男生就不錯
