The car was in good condition and the staff were friendly. However, the car had a strong smell of cigarettes and came with no insurance coverage. It was also handed over with almost no fuel, so we had to estimate and refill it ourselves. Unfortunately, any leftover fuel wasn’t compensated when we returned the car.

拿車時，車没加滿油! 出發前要先找油站加油，這樣操作極為不方便！還預算不到加多少油，而通常加多，也沒有退錢基制!
