GO Points Terms and Conditions

By using the services on the gogoout platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to accept the following GO Points terms and conditions. If you do not agree to accept these terms and conditions, you will not be able to use the GO Points service on the gogoout platform.

1. GO Points
   1. Earning GO Points
      1. You can earn GO Points by ordering services on the gogoout platform or participating in marketing activities. Please note that car rental bookings in the United States or motorcycle reservations are not included in this scope. When you order services, GO Points will be calculated based on your actual spending amount in US dollars, with 1 US dollar equaling 10 gogoout points. If you make purchases in other currencies, the conversion ratio will be calculated according to gogoout's custom exchange rate, which shall be based on the rate displayed on the gogoout platform. The method of earning GO Points through marketing activities will be determined according to the regulations of each marketing activity.
      2. GO Points will typically be credited to your account within seven (7) business days after the completion of your car rental service. You may check your GO Points balance in your account history. For GO Points earned through promotional campaigns, the timing of point issuance shall be subject to the specific terms and conditions of each respective campaign. If eligible GO Points are not credited to your account within the timeframe specified by the promotional campaign, you must contact gogoout within thirty (30) days and provide supporting documentation. Failure to contact us within this period or the inability to provide sufficient proof shall constitute a waiver of your right to claim such points.
      3. The validity period of GO Points is one (1) year, calculated from the date of your most recent points acquisition. Any action that adds points to your account (including, but not limited to, purchase rewards, administrator adjustments, and promotional gifts) will automatically reset the expiration date for your entire GO Points balance. For example, if you last acquired GO Points on March 11, 2024, all your accumulated points will expire on March 11, 2025, at 23:59:59 (GMT+8). Expired GO Points will be automatically voided without further notice.
      4. gogoout reserves the final decision-making authority on the calculation and distribution of GO Points, and has the right to independently decide whether specific service items include GO Points or to refuse your use of GO Points.
      5. If the underlying transaction for which GO Points were issued is modified, canceled, or otherwise invalidated, gogoout reserves the right to revoke or claw back the corresponding GO Points. Such methods of recovery include, but are not limited to, canceling any subsequent orders placed using the affected GO Points, or deducting the equivalent point value directly from your account.
   2. Using GO Points
      1. You may earn GO Points by purchasing eligible services on the gogoout platform or by participating in designated promotional activities. Please note that car rental bookings in the United States and motorcycle reservations are strictly excluded from the GO Points program. When you purchase services, GO Points will be calculated based on your actual payment amount in US Dollars (USD), where 1 USD equals 10 GO Points. For transactions made in other currencies, the conversion rate shall be determined by gogoout's internal exchange rate as displayed on the platform at the time of the transaction. The issuance of GO Points through promotional activities shall be subject to the specific terms and conditions of each respective campaign.
      2. Once you have accumulated a minimum of 50 GO Points, you may choose to redeem them when booking or purchasing services. Every 50 GO Points can be redeemed for 0.1 USD, subject to the exchange rate published on the gogoout platform. The total order amount must be at least 1 USD. Redeemed GO Points will be immediately deducted from your personal account.
      3. If you cancel an order after redeeming GO Points toward car rental fees, the redeemed GO Points are strictly non-refundable and will not be reinstated to your account.
      4. gogoout reserves the sole discretion over the usage rules of GO Points, including the right to determine whether specific services are eligible for GO Points redemption, and the right to refuse your redemption of GO Points at any time.
   3. Abuse of GO Points
      1. If gogoout determines, in its sole discretion, that you have obtained or used GO Points through fraudulent, abusive, or improper means (including, but not limited to, irregular transactions or the exploitation of system vulnerabilities), gogoout reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions: (a) immediately suspend or terminate your gogoout account; (b) void all accumulated GO Points; (c) refuse to provide further services to you; and/or (d) seek recovery of the monetary value of any redeemed GO Points, and claim indemnification for any associated damages incurred by gogoout.
2. Other Matters
   1. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
   2. gogoout reserves the right to assign or transfer these Terms and Conditions, or any of its rights and obligations hereunder, to any third party. You may not directly or indirectly assign or transfer these Terms and Conditions, or any of your rights and obligations hereunder, without the prior written consent of gogoout.
   3. These Terms and Conditions are originally drafted in Traditional Chinese. Any translations into other languages are provided for convenience and reference only. In the event of any conflict, discrepancy, or ambiguity between the translations, the Traditional Chinese version shall prevail.
