店家服務態度非常好，車子本來有車損，店員會叫你先拍照留個記錄，之後沒有新花痕不用額外收費。店員會細心解答你每一個問題，取車還車過程也十分爽快。唯一美中不足是台灣沒有給遊客提供額外的車損保險，只有基礎強制險保障車內人員和第三者，駕駛需要份外小心留意。
