此次租車剛好遇到大地震期間，最能反應出真實的服務品質，基本上無論平台或店家的服務都相當良好，只是車輛方面有些問題要改進一下，如我們租兩部車，其中一部冷氣一邊壞了，還有車輛的輪胎已經磨到快沒胎紋了，基於安全考量還是要注意一下，整體而言，服務不錯，車輛有待改善。
