Hi, I have provided my feedback via facebook messenger as follows: Hello, I have just completed my car lease. F1723097FI05 NgTerence 2023-10-10 10:00 ~ 2023-10-12 20:00 日產 LIVINA Would like to feedback that the car was given to us in a bad and dirty condition with cockroaches. Tyre pressure warning light was on the whole duration of our lease, and the car leasor was totally uncontactable during the 2 days. I topped up for value added service as well but seeing as how the owner was virtually uncontactable, i would like to have that portion refunded. Thank you

The car, not a new model went well. At check in the service was friendly and helpful and the manager showed us the correct routs out of Taipei which was kind. On return of car no one was at the return office to receive the car back and the office was closed at 3.30pm in the afternoon, causing me to find someone to call him on the number in the confirmation receipt (as it was in chinese). We waited half an hour and we were told there was an additional charge of 216NT$. The office manager did not apologise for keeping us waiting half an hour and he was intent on checking for damage of which there was none and he forgot to ask me to return the keys and had to collect them later. He could have been more friendly like the first manager we met at check in. Overall - difficult to find and return the car, but still value for money.

租的是Wish，車齡應該是有10年了。除了尾氣的燈會亮，跑高速方向盤有偏左，沒有定速巡航。其他都是ok的

車子太髒，後車廂有垃圾好幾包，而且還有小蟑螂，我殺了3隻，這是我租車過最噁心的車。 車況也不好，開一開還會顯示胎壓不正常。 租車流程也模糊不清，沒有店面，也不知道老闆在哪裡 下次絕對不會再租了

車子穩且舒服，回程時遇到車子有狀況，老闆馬上幫我們找人找車載我們回家，謝謝老闆的適時處理，讓我們的旅程能順利結束，謝謝老板。
